Charleston Construction Specialties began its operations on July 1st 2004. Our customers include general contractors, hospitals/healthcare facilities, schools/educational institutions, government/municpalites, industrial/manufacturing and the hospitality industry. Charleston Construction Specialties bids commercial work as well as full effort on the end user market. Our desire is to build a solid, helpful relationship with you and your customers.

President Richard C. Light is a 1999 graduate of the College of Charleston gained extensive experience and knowledge of the construction supply chain while working for two of the largest wholesale plumbing distribution corporations. Together with his partners, Mr. Light adds more than 35 years of combined experience to the company.
